Health is a broad concept that encompasses the physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of a human being, and it is not just the absence of illness or disability, but a state of complete well-being in all dimensions of life. The World Health Organization defines it as “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Health can be measured using various indicators.
Some of these indicators include life expectancy, mortality rate, disease incidence rate, quality of life, satisfaction with health services, etc. Health is influenced by various factors such as genetics, environment, lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, stress, social relationships, etc.
Health is a fundamental human right and also a goal of sustainable development. Preserving and improving health not only has individual benefits but also has collective and global benefits. It helps increase productivity, reduce poverty, enhance peace and security, preserve natural resources, and protect the environment. Achieving global health requires cooperation and coordination among all stakeholders. These stakeholders include governments, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, private sector, media, universities, and ordinary people.
And if all goes well, in the next few years, we’ll hopefully cure blindness and people but we found that there’s a universal reset switch so you can reset different parts of the body. You can reset the skin which then you can reset muscle.
